These terms apply to your use of vergelead.com, run by Vergelead LTD, Sofia, Bulgaria. By using the site you agree to them. Our services themselves are provided under a separate written agreement with each client, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this website.

Using the site

You may browse the site and share links to it. Please do not copy it wholesale, scrape it, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, videos and code on this site belong to Vergelead or are used with permission. Client names, logos and quotes appear with our clients' agreement and remain theirs.

Results, case studies and guarantees

Figures on this site (such as leads generated, meetings booked or pipeline value) describe results from past engagements, as recorded in our systems at the time of writing. They show what the work has produced; they are not a promise of the same results for every business, market or offer. Where we offer a results guarantee, its exact terms are set out in the client agreement.

Information only

The site is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but it is provided "as is" and we do not warrant that it will always be available or free of errors.

Links and third-party services

The site links to and embeds services run by others, such as Calendly, YouTube and LinkedIn. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

To the extent the law allows, Vergelead is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
